Yay– it’s Silly Saturday! It’s time to look at silly and endearing images that make us giggle! And when we experience humor, we get a rise in DHEA, our master hormone. That makes everything in the body work better, and it makes us literally younger and stronger. So literally, humor and silliness are good for your health! Above, we have a cockatiel who loves vegetables. Well, I love veggies also, but not enough to eat them right off the cutting board!
Above, we have a mother gorilla playing with her 2-day-old baby gorilla. Looks like sheer joy. Let’s caption this, “just hanging around!”
This is a baby raccoon climbing out of a pail, apparently not sure what he got himself into. What adorable little hands.
Above, this baby raccoon is trying to learn to climb and ended up upside down. Try again, little one!
Are you smiling? Good! So embrace the silly in this world, lighten up your heart, and smile or laugh as often as you can! And that will be you, ever more Healthy, Happy, and Loving Lifesm!
