This year, UpBeat Living found a number of surprisingly positive experiences in events, services, people and products. In the face of many opportunities to feel discouraged and downbeat in 2012, UpBeat Living energetically pursues its mission to uplift your attitude, your heart, your spirit, and thus your health and your lifestyle. The more you focus on the “Up” Beat, the better your life, health, and achievements will be. We therefore have created the UpBeat Living 2012 Awards. These awards are entirely arbitrary and capricious, based on pleasantness, effectiveness, quality, and inspiration. The award categories are never final, so feel free to tell us what yours would be. Hopefully, you will find the UpBeat Living 2012 Awards inspiring and even useful.
