Stress, conflict,argument stress, who started it, Upbeat Living, who started it

Invited to share what I do professionally, I’m delighted to mention a few things.  My overarching passion is to help you turn from a “stresspuppy”, a stress poster person, into a joyful, happy, healthy person.  I call this resulting state:  Healthy Happy Loving Lifesm.  What if you felt at ease with life, and as you walked around, you felt at ease in your body?  What if you had a solid base of internal peace—Peace Within, that you could and did go home to, whenever something offered to stress you out?

What if you had a set of tools and strategies, none of which involved equipment to purchase, but which you could carry around with you and use any time?  What if there was no cost to using these tools and strategies?  My tools are easy, but, like a screwdriver, you need to actually use them.  You can learn my strategies for living happily, from me in individual sessions (Zoom or at my Phoenix office), or with your professional group, when you have me come for a training.

Many busy professionals have been harboring symptoms they don’t realize can be from stress.  These might include:

  • headaches
  • glum mood
  • tight or painful jaw, TMJ
  • tooth pain
  • dizziness
  • tight neck
  • chest pain
  • anger or sadness
  • pain in odd points around the body
  • frozen shoulder
  • an arm that can’t lift
  • twinkling or burning in hands or feet
  • gut pain or gurgling
  • aching at back base of ribcage
  • pain down the backs of legs
  • constant cravings for snacks or cigarettes
  • trouble sleeping, especially at certain times

Yet all these symptoms, and many others, can be addressed through energy transformation sessions.  In Oriental medicine, it’s understood that different types of stressful thoughts actually lodge in different parts of the body.  So understanding why your pain is where it is—can be very revealing and freeing.  My energy transformation sessions are sourced in Jin Shin Jyutsu®, Healing Touch®, and Divine Healingsm, together with long years of holistic training.  With the client fully clothed, I listen to 19 metabolic pulses along the wrists, then I ask if they have had certain things going on in life.  They always say yes.  I then hold pairs of points and begin releasing the symptoms.

If clients are interested, we talk about dietary shifts they can make, to address their symptoms and reach their goals.  We may discuss homeopathic drops they may want to try, or certain minerals and other supplements.  [NOTE:  I do not sell any such items in my office and they are not part of my income stream.]  We are likely to discuss the source of the stressors the client is experiencing and structures and strategies to respond differently, getting more desired results in interactions.   After sessions, clients say they feel lighter, looser, younger, and more optimistic, than when they came in!
